Keykey is a free, lightweight, fast, and user-friendly Windows app for
managing passwords.
How To
First Time

Download Keykey_Need.zip .
- Unzip it somewhere on your computer.

[Optional]Create a desktop shortcut for Keykey.exe present in the
unzipped folder.
- Click Keykey.exe or its shortcut.

In the login screen, set a password for the app. (Remember it!)
- In the main screen, add or import data as needed.
Every Time
- Click Keykey.exe or its shortcut.
- In the login screen, write the password of the app.
- In the main screen, add or import data as needed.
Buttons

Save button saves any changes that you make in the records
displayed on the screen.

Import button imports new data from a CSV (comma separated value)
file, whose first row has column names: Service, URL, Who,
Username, Email, Password, Security, Note, Created, and Modified.
- Export button exports data to a CSV file. (Be watchful!)
- ShowPass button shows passwords. HidePass hides passwords.

Search textbox allows you to find records containing the searched
text.

Double clicking in a cell pops up a box with the text of that
cell.

Keykey.exe from Keykey_Need.zip relies on Windows' NET
environment. If it fails, you may download
Keykey_Self.zip, which includes
the necessary NET environment files.
- Created and Modified columns show dates in YYMMDD format.

The app saves its data in
'C:\Users\YourWindowsUsername\AppData\Roaming\Keykey\Keykey.kky'
file.
- Most of the code for this app was given by Claude.ai.

This app is more straight-forward than KeePass app (available from
keepass.info), which offers more features.
